Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the return process may apply instead.
Wheeley Enterprises or a marketplace vendor may cancel an order when fulfillment is impossible, unlawful, affected by a listing error, or otherwise reasonably necessary.
If a prepaid order is canceled before fulfillment, an appropriate refund will be issued.
